Ordering & Minimum Order Quantity
What is your minimum order quantity?
10 pieces per style and size, with a 50-piece minimum on a first order. You can mix gauges, lengths and colors inside those 50 pieces — there is no requirement to buy 10 of one color.
Can I mix styles and colors in one order?
Yes. Mixing is how most shops reach the discount tiers, because discounts are calculated on cart total rather than per style. A typical first order runs 12–20 styles at 10–30 pieces each.
Do you sell to individuals, or only to businesses?
We supply businesses: piercing studios, tattoo shops with a jewelry case, online resellers and accessory boutiques. Our minimums, packaging and pricing are built for resale, not for one-off personal purchases.
Do you sell piercing needles or full piercing tool kits?
No. We supply jewelry, insertion tapers and replacement bars only. Needles, forceps, clamps and full instrument kits are outside our range.
Material & Standards
Is your titanium really ASTM F136?
Yes. We use Ti-6Al-4V ELI bar stock conforming to ASTM F136 — the same alloy family specified for wrought surgical implants, commonly called G23 (Grade 23). We can supply the mill certificate (EN 10204 3.1) for the batch your order came from.
What is the difference between G23 titanium and 316L steel?
G23 is a titanium alloy with no added nickel, roughly 45% lighter than steel, and it takes color through anodizing rather than plating. 316L is a stainless steel containing 10–14% nickel. G23 costs more per piece and supports a higher retail price.
Are your pieces internally or externally threaded?
Internal thread is the default across the catalog: M0.8 for 20G, 18G and 16G, and M1.2 for 14G and 12G. External thread and threadless push-fit options are available on selected styles — the thread type is listed in the specifications on every product page.
Do you anodize colors in-house, and will the color chip?
Color is applied by anodizing, which grows a titanium oxide layer on the metal surface instead of coating it. It does not chip or peel the way plating can. True black is only available as a PVD coating, because anodizing cannot produce black.

What is the price range per piece?
List prices run from about $3.90 to $18.00 per piece before volume discounts, depending on style, gauge and stone work. The 50% tier at $3,199 brings the effective cost roughly in half.
Do you offer net terms?
After three completed orders we can discuss net 30. First orders are card or PayPal. Larger seasonal buys can be structured as a deposit with the balance on dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our facility in China. Dispatch is within 2 business days, with 7–15 business days in transit to the United States and 10–20 business days to the UK and Europe. Plan about three weeks door to door for a first order.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient unless the shipment is quoted DDP. We ship DDP where the carrier supports it for US addresses; for other destinations, ask before ordering if you need a landed-cost figure.
Can you hit a date for a shop opening or trade show?
Message us before ordering with the date. We will confirm stock availability and a realistic arrival window in writing rather than quoting a best case.
Custom, Samples & Returns
Do you offer custom sizing, private label or laser marking?
Yes. Custom sizing and laser logo start at 100 pieces per style, with 7–10 days of tooling time. Send the spec and artwork and we will confirm feasibility and pricing before you commit.
Do you charge for samples?
Sample packs are billed at list price plus shipping. If your first stocking order exceeds $199, we credit the sample cost against it. Single-piece samples of a specific SKU can be arranged through the contact form.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, unsorted stock can be returned within 30 days. Opened and sorted assortments cannot be restocked, so they are not returnable. Damaged or mis-shipped items are replaced or credited — send a photo of the piece and the packing slip within 30 days.
Can I resell your jewelry on Etsy, Amazon or my own store?
Yes. We supply resellers as a core part of the business and do not require exclusivity. We do not drop-ship under your brand, and plain-packaging orders do not include our marketing material.
