List prices range from about $3.90 to $18.00 per piece before discount, depending on style, gauge and stone work. At the 50% tier the effective cost per piece roughly halves. For orders that need to go below the 50% tier, send the style list and quantity and we will quote per style.

The 10-piece minimum applies per style and size, not per color. A shop testing five colors of the same 16G labret orders 10 pieces total, split across colors — not 50. This is the single most common misunderstanding about wholesale body jewelry, and it is why some suppliers’ minimums feel impossible for a small shop.

Material and Standards
All jewelry is made from Ti-6Al-4V ELI bar stock conforming to ASTM F136 — the alloy specified for wrought surgical implant applications, known in the trade as G23 or Grade 23. The ELI designation means extra-low interstitial content, which improves ductility compared with standard Grade 5 titanium.
Three things follow from that choice, and all three matter at the counter:
- No nickel is added to the alloy. Titanium alloy is formulated with aluminum and vanadium, not nickel. 316L steel, by comparison, contains 10–14% nickel.
- It is about 45% lighter than steel for the same dimensions, which matters in high-movement piercings.
- Color is anodized, not plated. The oxide layer is part of the metal, so it does not chip at contact points the way a coating can.
We can supply the mill certificate (EN 10204 3.1) for the batch your order came from. Ask with your order number and we will send the matching document.
Samples Before You Commit
Sample packs are billed at list price plus shipping, and we credit the sample cost against a first order above $199. Order 10 pieces across three styles you intend to stock heavily rather than one piece of ten styles — you are testing the batch, not the catalog.
What to check when the samples arrive: thread fit between ends and posts, gauge with a caliper, interior polish under a lamp, ball seating, and color consistency across anodized pieces in the same finish.
