The ASTM F136 Titanium Spike Labret Stud is a factory-direct wholesale labret stud made from ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, built for piercing studios, salons and jewelry resellers.
A polished flat-back post keeps the spike top sitting flush against the skin in aurora (AB) coating. Color is created by anodizing the titanium itself — not surface plating — so the finish does not chip, flake or dull during sterilization. It fits standard earlobe, helix, tragus, conch and Monroe (lip) placements.
